Boon’s journey then led him to prominent roles in the corporate sector, including positions as Corporate Development and Financial Reporting Manager at both Valesto Energy Berhad and Muhibbah Engineering Berhad. In these capacities, he played a pivotal role in shaping corporate strategy, managing financial operations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Transitioning into the public sector, Boon served as an Investment Promotion Manager at IKL, a government agency tasked with driving investment initiatives and fostering economic growth.
