PMG Healthcare’s RM74 Million Investment
Compass Consulting is pleased to share that our client, PMG Healthcare Sdn Bhd, has successfully secured a RM74 million strategic investment from Singapore-based private equity firm Ikhlas Capital for a significant minority stake in the company.
We served as the Outsourced CFO and financial advisor to PMG Healthcare throughout the fundraising process. Working closely with the company’s leadership team, we supported the development of financial strategies, investor materials, and financial modelling required to facilitate the investment process.
Founded in 2012, PMG Healthcare has grown into one of East Malaysia’s leading integrated primary healthcare providers, operating an extensive network of pharmacies, medical clinics, and dental clinics. The investment marks a key milestone in the company’s growth journey and will support its next phase of expansion, including strengthening its nationwide healthcare platform and expanding its pharmacy network.
Through our role as Outsourced CFO, Compass Consulting provided strategic financial advisory and transaction support, helping the company strengthen its financial foundation and articulate its growth strategy to potential investors.
