RYAN PANG
Ryan Pang is a distinguished finance professional with over 20 years of diverse experience in corporate finance, strategic planning, M&A advisory, and financial reporting. He started his career at Big Four accounting firms, gaining expertise in financial analysis and auditing across South East Asia countries.
Transitioning to the commercial sector, Ryan held leadership roles at Petronas ICT and Frost & Sullivan, where he demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic vision, driving organizational growth and innovation. His strategic acumen is further showcased with his role in the financial budget and corporate valuation plan of the OCBC Bank and YYC cooperation program, his involvement in business restructuring initiatives like Silverbird as well as pre-IPO planning for PMG Group.
As a Master Coach, Ryan has empowered founders and their organizations to achieve financial mastery, solidifying his reputation as a leader in the finance industry.

KL BOON
KL Boon is a seasoned professional with a rich and diverse background in corporate finance, investment, strategy, advisory, tax, audit and accounting etc. With a solid foundation built through his tenure at two of the Big Four accounting firms namely KPMG and E&Y, Boon has honed his skills in strategic planning, valuation, due diligence, fund raising, tax planning, budgeting, financial reporting, audit procedures, and risk management, internal control, governance, industry specific knowledge etc.
KL Boon’s journey then led him to prominent roles in the corporate sector, including positions as Corporate Development and Financial Reporting Manager at both Valesto Energy Berhad and Muhibbah Engineering Berhad. In these capacities, he played a pivotal role in shaping corporate strategy, managing financial operations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
